I’m still here
Keepin’ on keepin’ on
The wide world at my doorstep
I wander not far
To take it all in
For I’m still here
–
Last week I talked about traveling. I was supposed to go on a business trip and be gone for over a week. I’ve been on a blog slowdown for almost two weeks now so with the trip planned I warned that the slowdown was going to become even slower, perhaps coming to a stop.
Blog silence.
Well, the trip was cancelled at the last minute.
So I’m still here. It’s spring and I’m continuing the momentum I’ve gained in the last few weeks to do work around the house and become creative in areas that are to be found off line.
So you’ll still see me off and on, posting silly words and pictures. Perhaps even a song or two. Perhaps I’ll stop by your place/blog, for a visit.
Because I’m still here.
You are still here, but you left your cat out ! He or she, still is here so it seems

Yeah, she’s around getting into mischief.

Did you name her Josie from the song from the 80’s?

Her name is actually Josephine because she is like an empress. So no, not “Josie and the Pussy Cats” or anything else from pop culture.

Ah okay, lovely name and lovely thought. I was thinking of this song by the Outfields.

Oh, yes. She is cute and -she- is still there, now on my lap, not my shoulder (I’m working from home today)

And anyway – blogging is all about … erhmm … the casualness of life ! I mean that things like planned trips going awry happen to everyone, from time to time: it’s not as if any of us is OFFENDED ! :D

What, you’re not offended that I didn’t leave? I know. Want the 100% truth? I felt like posting something but couldn’t think of a subject so i decided to just let people know that I’m not taking my trip. Yes, sometimes I like to post just to post :D

There is good and bad. Now that I know I’m not leaving I’m getting a bunch of work done around the house. Yes, Josie is a cute cat and likes to climb all over me :)

yes, perfect all around

Well I am a bit of a perfectionist – which is why I am a bit random in my actions.

I guess that makes sense in it’s own way.

It does? :P

Sure. If it isn’t perfect you move to something else. Then later you come back to it and.. well, you know, you look back after a while and it’s hard to follow the random path. Nice off the cuff remark ; )

~Oh look there is a cat coming out of your neck~ :D
Well good to see the ‘Serial Killer/Stalker’ look is still there on your face :D
Love the photograph, how did you manage to capture such an awesome photograph, Perfect timing Trent! ^.^

You didn’t know I had two heads, a human one and a cat one? This look isn’t the serial killer/stalker, it’s the “look how clever I’m being” smug look ;)
Thanks Zee!
