For Another Day

Mad May Moon

You say
Let’s go play
But to your dismay
I say
Let’s save it
For another day
You ask again today
Oh, but life gets away
With the minutes of our lives we pay
To keep our troubles at bay
As we wait
For another day
There’s one thing I pray
That when on my deathbed I lay
I won’t regret waiting
For another day

No regrets! And no looking back – life moves so quick that if we turn back to try to make something up that we missed, well, that means we’ll miss something else!

    Exactly. ;)
But you know what – we fear this so much it can overtake us. Regret not having gotten it in – done it – said it – listened to it – experienced it. LIfe is so about waiting but also about being in the moment and allowing it to unfold as it should without the panic of ‘leaving something out’

Yes, sometimes things are left in the past for a reason. Life moves forward and we have to resist trying to pull it back – we must move on and try not regret anything :)
