When the Lights Turn Out – #Haibun


I hear a whisper in my ear.  Turning to you, I smile.  Your eyes flash.  I turn off the light and find you by following the warmth.

Electric tingles
My hands caressing your shape
In a mist of love

Most of my poetry has been dark lately, so I decided to do a second one that is a bit more sensual.  This is another Haibun written for Colleen’s Weekly Poetry Challenge.  The key words today were “mist” and “shape”.
