If We Were Having Coffee on the 29th of December, 2018

Hello and Welcome!  Come on in and I’ll get you a nice mug of very strong French Roast, a cuppa tea or other beverage.  It is actually pretty warm out there, if still a bit damp from yesterday’s rain.  But the sun is out and it will be a beautiful day!  And where are we?  Some of you may recognize that pyramid of Beatles mugs as being on Cape Cod.

I was off work all week.  It was pretty relaxing, which is great! but I still had a lot to do.  Well, yesterday was a wasted day.  I spent a lot of it writing, and there was a little reading, but little beyond that.  It rained.

So there was the typical stuff.  A Christmas get together last weekend.  And Christmas itself, though I always try to have a mellow holiday.  I did banking and accounting stuff and then there was the drive down here.  I spent some time on Thursday at the beach and in the woods and went running.  It was cold, but nice.

There was other stuff, of course.  Dog play is a constant in my life, even on rainy days.  Reading and writing I already mentioned.  And the secret stuff I’ve been doing ;)  I won’t keep it a secret forever, but will talk about it in a couple of weeks.

Anyway, as i said, it is a very warm day.  it is sunny.  I am Cape Cod.  The huge question here is, what in the world am I doing inside?!!  So, I will answer that be signing off and going out :)  Sorry this was so short and sweet :)

Thanks for visiting and having coffee (or whatever) with me!  I hope you are enjoying your weekend.  If you have a coffee share I will try to stop by.

The original Coffee Share kind of died out, but it has been revived!  Eclectic Alli is hosting a coffee share.  This week’s share is here. and the link up is here. Come on and join in!  Hopefully we can bring it back to its former glory!  (Note – it is coming back!  A lot of people have rejoined and there are plenty of new faces :) ).
