Hello. I’m not sure if it is because Spring is in the air, but last week was one of the best week’s for posting Smiles since I brought back the Weekly Smile several months ago. Look at all of the smiles :)

We also had a lot of smiles in the comments this week, more than usual. They include smiles by Ritu, Chelsea Owens, A Soldier’s Walk, Robbie (Roberta) and Marilyn Armstrong (Go to the original post and scroll through the comments to see).
Thanks all for the wonderful smiles. This week’s post will be up in about an hour.
What made you smile?
Wow that’s worth a great big grin.

You must have been reading this while I was reading about Hoagies or heroes or whatever they are called ;)
It was a huge grin to see it :)

Thanks. I do the main weekly post on Monday mornings, about an hour after the recap post (this one). I did this week’s post around 9 AM EST this morning – it should my post following this one. Each week is open until Sunday evening, not a specific time, but about 7 PM EST or midnight GMT.

I think it is great that you include the smiles shared in the comments – that is really important because they count and it will encourage more smoke sharin’ (which is your goal) to have it valued in comment and not always a post. And then that adds more positivity and – well
Just wanted to share that

Thanks for the comment, Y. I really do want to include them and have a couple of times when there have been a few. What I am not sure about is exactly how to do it – just a call out like this? perhaps a short couple of word synapse (x smiled about a b and c)? One time I linked back to the home page of their blogs, but it doen’t make sense since the smile isn’t there…

Well that is a great question -hmmm – and you do not to make too much extra work (or maybe you do – but we know we have to watch the little things that can take our time) but maybe a screen shot of the comments? Hm – I will be thinking as well

Thanks, Y. I don’t think the screenshot would work, but an idea.

Yeah – well I did a screenshot of what Amanda said about the book review – and you could put them all together and make one image – hmmm

Hmm. I might look at it next week. Not ruling anything out now :)

Oh and I also left that comment because I speak from a good experience – I kept missing connecting to the smile (but you know I have daily smiles) and so because you value a “comment drop” – that led to us sharing about shae butter –
So again – kudos for that
/’d quick side note – I bought this (on sale) lotion caked “broo” and it has shae butter in it and I really like it

I know everyone reacts to things a little different, but shae butter does work so well with my skin. Just used some on my neck and face for the first time in about a week and my skin is thanking me :) I hope the “broo” works well for you.

Well that pure shae butter was an elixir and I can see how eventually we need it weekly – I used it only a few days in a row and all was well.
And this “broo” was clearance and glad I tried it – sometimes convenient to have it already mixed and with hint of lavender – they have a sage one on sale I might try that too –
