Hello and Welcome! Come on in and I’ll get you a large mug of a strong dark roast mix, a cuppa tea or other beverage. Actually, now that you are in, let’s go out again….. It is a beautiful day, sunny, warm and not windy – yesterday there were Gale warnings. I assume 7 on the Beaufort scale, but possibly 8 when on the water. The temperature plunged from warm despite the wind to a little brisk. And the noise was awful! A constant, non-ending roar. Oh well, but today is gorgeous! Oh, were are we? This will be the very last time I use this photo, but you may recognize Cape Cod.
I was supposed to travel for a family visit this weekend, but it fell through. I still kept the days off. I have taken long walks on the beach, gone running, worked on the new house, etc. It has been nice. And, despite being a little chilled, it has been spring temperatures. We saw (in New Hampshire) days up into the 80s! (over 27 C). Because of the water, it is much cooler on the Cape, but still great weather.
The few days of work went well :)
The big news is that I published Towards the Light and The Mad Quest: Two Novellas! See the post here.
As I said, this is the last time I use the photo at the top. That is because I will be going to the other house when I come down to the Cape. In order to do that, I have to move more stuff and organize it. I am almost done, but… It will be a busy couple of days! Of course I will still try to have fun :)
With that, I must be going. I’m going to try to figure out this roof rack and move the kayaks this AM. Maybe I’ll do a last paddle in Swan Pond (I can always bring it back – 3 miles!), but there are other places to paddle closer to the new place (Cape Cod = a lot of water!).
Thanks for stopping by! It was nice chatting. If you have a coffee share, I’ll try to stop by your place for a chat. Have a great weekend.
If you are curious but don’t want to go to the post ;)
The book is now Available on Amazon!
If you don’t see your country’s Amazon, search for it or ask me and I’ll get a link.
