The Weekly Smile for the Fifth of October, 2020

I have had a bit to smile about this week. One is the pushup challenge. I was tagged on FaceBook to do 25 pushups every day for 25 days and to post a video of the feat each day. This challenge was to raise awareness for PTSD, though I think some of my videos may have caused it ;) Anyway, the smile is that I am done! I finished yesterday.

Here is a video of the last time with my Piano Prelude #11 in Bb Major in the background:

Yeah, my form is awful, but I finished. And that last half pushup was really number 26, so it doesn’t count against me that it was totally awful ;) (I will do a post about the challenge, etc., on another day)

That was my smile for the week, completing the pushup challenge after 25 days.

What made you smile?

****

Come on, I’m sure you smiled at least once last week.  Why don’t you share it?  I hope you can join in!

Here is list of “rules” and guiding ideas.  If you don’t have time to read it right now, just remember that this is an exercise to spread positivity.  Don’t smile about the misfortune of others.  Don’t smile in a way to excludes others.  Make sure a 12 year old can read it.

To join in, write a post to share your smile and then leave a comment on this post with a link to your smile.  Or, if you prefer, do a pingback to this post (pingback = have a link from your post to this one) (Note – pingbacks have been very inconsistent – please leave a comment :) ).   You can post any time until next Sunday evening (to be simple, I will say midnight GMT, which is 7 PM Sunday for me).   Next week I will compile all of the Smiles and do a separate post of them on Monday morning just before the smile.  (I will shoot for around 7 AM EST).

Congrats on your completion! A worthy smile indeed!! 🙂 And no worries on form as I just tried to do a push up, nope! But I can hang onto a horse and pick up heavy saddles. Oh and pick up 50lb bags of grain and put in trash can where I store it. Lol 😀 Thank you for sharing! Inspiring!!
