If We Were Having Coffee on the 1st of October, 2022 #weekendcoffeeshare

Hello and Welcome! Come on in and I’ll get you a large mug of super strong dark roast,a cuppa tea or a hot cocoa. It is a little chilly out there and it looks and feels like rain. It is beginning to look like October out there, with many of leaves finally turning golden. It should look like Autumn soon! Oh, were are we? Some of you may recognize the photo at the top as being from New Hampshire.

The big thing this week is work. Not much to say, but it ate up all of my time and energy. I have had much worse weeks, but this was super busy.

I did almost no blogging. I posted my typical Smile on Monday, and nothing else. I did not read any blogs because I had no time.

I did run a bit – I am pretty much back in my routine after an odd late summer/early fall. I also did my exercise routine a few times. i walked a lot, mostly with dogs – they are getting older and don’t walk as much in the warm weather, but they do enjoy it when it cools down.

It is odd here in that late September (now October) is far greener than it has been since early June! We have had a lot of rain lately. We had almost no rain all summer and the grass was brown. Everything looked dead until a week or two ago. Weird that as things are supposed to be turning brown everything grew green instead!

I have an appointment in just a couple of minutes, so I have to leave almost immediately.

Thanks for visiting! If you have a coffee share I will try to stop in.

Natalie the Explorer is now the host of the weekend coffee share and she is doing a wonderful job. Stop in at this week’s main share page or go to the InLinkz-Linkup to see all of the other shares!

Sorry you had one of those weeks and, worse yet, that work is following you into the weekend. This is a long weekend for me, so I am going to try to forget work as much as possible and enjoy the time. Hope you have a good weekend, despite the work that awaits you.

Thanks for stopping in! I’m sure with the start of in-person school and all you have been busy. And this time of year I am guess that you do a lot with your family. I can understand a blog slowdown. I hope you had a good weekend and have a wonderful week ahead!

Thank you for the coffee and I hope your work gets better for you soon. I’m also happy it’s greening up for you there and I bet you’ll be getting those beautiful fall colors soon. Please share a few photos when those autumn colors really pop as I just Love to see!! We don’t get much of that here unfortunately. I hope you are having a great weekend, and have a good week ahead! 😀

With the last two days being pretty cool, the leaves have changed quite a bit. I’ll try to get a few photos, but because of my schedule I may not be able to get out with the camera for a while.
Thanks for stopping in :) Have a wonderful week!

Work… I feel your pain. It’s been exhausting for me too lately, making it hard to find the time and energy to write, blog, or do much of anything else. Glad you’re back into your running routine. I, unfortunately, am not, but now that the weather is cooling down, I’m hoping to be able to run one or two mornings a week.

Have a good week! I hope work is less stressful for you.

Having the weekend to recover from the bad work week was pretty good. I did almost nothing yesterday, but got a lot done today, including my run. It does feel good to be back in the routine and I hope you can get back in yours as the weather cools down.
      Have a wonderful week!

It is turning into a nice fall. This weekend has been on the cold side and a little wet (not rain as much as damp air), but this week coming up looks perfect. I hope you are having a good weekend and are able to enjoy the nice autumn weather.

I agree about “my kind of outdoors” – Autumn is by far my favorite time of year and I would spend it outside if I could… Hope your weekend is going well.
